It is reported that the Qinzhou automated container terminal project of Beibu Gulf port will be implemented step by step in two phases, of which the first phase project, two 100000 ton container berths, with a total coastline of 518.5 meters and an annual throughput of 1.02 million TEUs, was officially put into operation on the same day. The second phase of the project is in full swing, with the construction of two 200000 ton berths, the design annual capacity of 1.6 million TEUs, and will be put into operation in 2023.
Songhaitao, deputy general manager of the automation container terminal construction project Department of Guangxi Beibu Gulf port Co., Ltd., introduced that the above project adopts the world's first "U" type process scheme and technical scheme, which can fully solve the problems of high energy consumption, high investment cost, unbalanced equipment utilization and few loading and unloading points of the end operation process scheme, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, economy and strong efficiency expansibility.
Songhaitao said that after the opening of the terminal, it will rely on the navigation capacity of the east channel of Qinzhou port, seamlessly connect with the port operation area of the railway container center station, realize the exchange and sharing of information between maritime and railway transportation modes, improve the integrated service capacity of intermodal transport, and provide support for the construction of a new land sea channel in the West.
It is reported that the Qinzhou automated container terminal of Beibu Gulf port contains three core equipment, including shore bridge, rail crane and IGV.
Among them, the efficiency of automatic double trolley quay bridge relay operation is more than 10% higher than that of traditional automatic single trolley quay bridge. The automatic double cantilever rail crane can take into account the automatic loading and unloading of manual truck under one cantilever and automatic vehicle under the other cantilever respectively. The project also innovatively designed a new vehicle positioning magnetic nail layout scheme, which can control the positioning accuracy within 20mm on the premise of greatly reducing the magnetic nail density and further reducing the investment.
